During his tenure, he has founded more than 100 K12 schools in India. He has previously held the position of Business Head for K12 Franchisee Expansion at reputable Indian education multinational corporations. He is a highly motivated professional who has an immense enthusiasm for the education sector. He has successfully led numerous initiatives because to his endearing nature and strong logical and analytical skills. Mr. Amol Joshi, a distinguished educationalist, serves as the founder secretary of IMS Group of schools, which was established in 2002. IMS Group of schools is a renowned educational institution that caters to approximately 13,000 students across nine different campuses located in Navi Mumbai, Pune, and Solapur. The institution's motto is to bring out the best in students in all aspects, including academics, intellectual, sports, cultural, social, and leadership. In the past, she had donned the role of the Software developer. Currently, she is a managing Trustee with Mount Litera Zee School, Hinjawadi Pune.## She is an ever-hungry professional with a huge passion for Education Institutions. She has led many successful projects with the help of her lovable personality and deep analytical and logical capabilities. She has a long list of notable achievements to her credit and inspires everyone she meets in the journey of attaining excellence. Mr Rohit is a qualified production engineer with Bachelor of Engineering (Production) and MBA from National Institute of Management in Ahmedabad, with more than fourteen years of professional experience at different levels. He donned the role of Zonal Head and Vice President in sales and marketing at reputed educational organisations across India. He is a highly competent leader who has able to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, a progressive manager with excellent interpersonal skills, a sales and marketing professional with experience in innovative marketing strategies and having the ability to establish marketing plans, as well as having visionary management skills. Rohit leads the business expansion for Vaishvik Shodh. Thus, He conceived Vaishvik Shodh Leader.

Working in the HR domain has been an opportunity for me to learn about different dimensions of Human Resource Management. From generalist HR, training, recruitment and employee engagement, Shoppers Stop was no less than any university. I am proud to say that my second career has been even more enriching. Up-skilling myself with a degree in education technology, my passion for learning and development helped me step into the world of Instructional Design and curriculum development. From module designing, publishing kindergarten books, Syllabus designing, leading LMS and ERP implementation to launching e-learning courses, each day of my role as an ID and Head Academic Coordinator is exciting. I intend to be a lifelong learner and touch as many learning minds as I can!

Neha Mane, an educationist, worked for more than two decades for students from diverse backgrounds, addressing diverse curriculum needs, such as CBSE, State Board, and ICSE. She believes that the teacher’s role is far more than teaching in the classroom the subjects but also the life skills to be seeped and percolated so as to create ideal human beings to build a sustainable society. She is a recipient of a Master's Degree in Arts along with a Bachelor's Degree in Education, with enriching experience working as an educator in various capacities, beginning as a teacher, coordinator, principal, and now as Academics and General Manager at Vaishvik Shodh Pvt. Ltd. As per her belief, this new role has various dimensions to which she needs to put her utmost effort to ensure the continuous development of teachers, students, and schools at large. As a master trainer, she has trained many educators, and this journey continues to enhance the teachers’ skills to produce excellent global citizens.
